Nickel base alloy plate 3J40
High hardness, high strength, non-magnetic corrosion resistance and high elasticity alloy 3J40 belongs to the precipitation-strengthened nickel-based alloy. It has good plasticity in the state of solid solution and is easy to process. It has high mechanical properties and elastic properties after large strain rate cold processing and aging treatment. The alloy can also be strengthened by aging after solid solution. 3J40 is a ni-cr-al alloy with a chromium content up to 40% and excellent corrosion resistance.
