Product Description

Copper Phosphorus Alloy

Deoxidizing agent

Phosphorus - copper alloy is an excellent deoxidizer and plays an important role in the field of non - ferrous casting.

Electrolytic copper and red phosphorus or white phosphorus are synthesized at high temperature through the production process in the field of nonferrous casting

It can effectively remove the oxygen particles in the molten metal and improve the quality and yield of the casting.

Its main production process is electrolytic copper and red or white phosphorus, through high temperature synthesis.

Phosphorus copper alloy refers to 3.5%-10% tin and more than 1% phosphorus and copper alloy, in which phosphorus mainly plays the role of deoxidizer, can increase the strength of copper, low friction coefficient. Phosphorus also improves the fluidity and castability of metals, cleans grain boundaries and enhances their mechanical properties.

Phosphor copper alloy will also be used for spring bolts. Its wear and chemical resistance, good physical properties, proper electrical conductivity and moderate price combine to make phosphor bronze round, square, flat and shaped wires available in many spring and electrical contact and in a variety of wire forms.

Phosphorus copper alloys (94.8% copper, 5% tin, 0.2% phosphorus) are also used at low temperatures. In this case, the combination of electrical conductivity and low thermal conductivity allows electrical connections to ultra-low temperature devices without adding excessive heat loads.

Phosphors can also be used on metal wind instruments, such as saxophones, to give them a distinctive tone. Bronze can give instruments different acoustic properties and increase sales. Phosphors will also be used on brass instruments, as well as percussion instruments such as drums
