5000 series aluminum alloys have very good corrosion resistance, weldability, workability, strength, and toughness.
Aluminium 5754 has excellent corrosion resistance especially to seawater and industrially polluted atmospheres.
It has higher strength than 5251. This high strength makes Aluminium 5754 highly suited to flooring applications.
After rolling, Aluminium 5754 spontaneously softens until it reaches a stable condition.
