It is a low alloy nickel-chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, specially designed for low-pressure rotor forgings for supercritical/super-supercritical steam turbines, with high strength, high toughness and excellent fatigue resistance. Its implementation standards include JB/T 11020-2010 and military standards (recommended electroslag remelting process).

Chemical composition: 
The chemical composition of steel mainly includes carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) and vanadium (V) and other elements. Among them, the carbon content is ≤0.35%, chromium content is 1.50-2.00%, nickel content is 3.25-3.75%, molybdenum content is 0.30-0.60%, vanadium content is 0.07-0.15%.
