It is a low alloy nickel-chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, specially designed for low-pressure rotor forgings for supercritical/super-supercritical steam turbines, with high strength, high toughness and excellent fatigue resistance. Its implementation standards include JB/T 11020-2010 and military standards (recommended electroslag remelting process).
