Alsi 10-80% Master Alloy Ingot, Alsi 50% Aluminum-Silicon Master AlloyAl-Si AlSi12,AlSi17,AlSi22,AlSi27,AlSi35,AlSi42,AlSi50,AlSi60,AlSi70,AlSi80 alloy is a very important industrial alloy, widely used in aviation, transportation, construction, automobile and other important industries, is also used in the manufacture of low and medium strength of the shape of complex castings, such as cover plate, motor housing, bracket, and also used as brazing solder. The alloy is a typical eutectic alloy with simple phase diagram and no intermediate compounds. It has the advantages of good casting performance, high strength and low price. Aluminum is the third main group element, and silicon is the semiconductor element, and the solid solubility between them is very small.

Mechanical and physical properties of silicon and aluminum alloy products:

Expansion coefficient controllable 6~20ppm/7C, matching TI02, yttrium aluminum garnet, GaAs, AIGaN, GaN, sapphire, AIN and other wide temperature range:

High thermal conductivity 100~200W/(msK)

Low density 2.4~2.66g/cm3, reduce inertial torque under high speed swing, maintain system stability under vibration conditions.

High stiffness (elastic modulus)70~130GPa, small elastic deformation under stress, high resonant frequency under vibration conditions.

The mechanical and physical properties are isotropic, which ensures that the response of complex parts to changes in the external environment can be uniform in all directions
