Molybdenum plate is a kind of metal plate with molybdenum as the main material.
Molybdenum plate
Molybdenum is hard and soft. It's tougher than tungsten. Molybdenum has a high modulus of elasticity, while tungsten and tantalum only have a high melting point. Molybdenum plates are used in many specialty steels. Some other common uses are molybdenum electrodes, vacuum furnace applications, nuclear energy, missile and aircraft parts.
From 00.090 inches to 3 inches in thickness, it is listed as molybdenum plate. Molybdenum plates are widely used in die and parts furnace construction and component manufacturing for the electronics and semiconductor industries.
The organosilicon-molybdenum plate is made using a silicon source Si2Cl6 and the silicification conditions and some of its properties have been examined. The plate is first deposited with molybdenum silicide, such as 4 MoSi2, 6 m thick at the initial stage (after 10 minutes), and then consolidated storage, forming a uniform layer of MoSi2 molybdenum silicide plate after 30 minutes. The weight of the organosilicon plate dissolved by the anode at 0.2 M sulfuric acid is multiplied, reducing the thickness of the MoSi2 layer. The corrosion of seawater and sea sand and the wear of organosilicon-molybdenum plate increase the resistivity, thus increasing the silicification temperature and the flow rate of Si2Cl6.
