Description editing broadcast
MP35N alloy is a magnetically free nickel-cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy with unique ultra-high tensile strength (up to 300ksi[2068MPa]), excellent ductility and toughness, and very good corrosion resistance. In addition, the alloy also shows remarkable resistance to vulcanization, high temperature oxidation and hydrogen embrittlement. The unique properties of MP35N are obtained through work hardening, phase transformation and aging. If the alloy is used in fully work-hardened conditions, the operating temperature is -200 to 315°C, with a maximum recommended temperature of 750 ° F (399 °C).
Purpose editing broadcast
MP35N alloys are used in fasteners, springs, non-magnetic components, and instrument components in medical, seawater, oil and gas Wells, chemical, and food processing environments.
Corrosion resistance editor
MP35N has good resistance to vulcanization, high temperature oxidation, hydrogen embrittlement, salt spray and most mineral acids. The alloy has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking under severe environment and high strength. The alloy is also highly resistant to local corrosion such as pitting and crevice corrosion.
The yield strength of MP35N is up to 1999 Mpa
