Characteristics and applications:

C17300 beryllium copper performance and use the same as C17200, cold processing performance is excellent, good thermal processing performance, mainly used as diaphragm, diaphragm box, bellows, springs. C17300 beryllium copper has good machinability.

 Chemical composition:

 

Nickel + Cobalt Ni+Co: ≤0.6(among which Ni+Co 9:28 0.20)

Beryllium Be: 1.8~2.0

Pb: 0.20~0.60

 

C17300 beryllium bronze is a supersaturated solid solution copper base alloy, which is a non-ferrous alloy with good combination of mechanical, physical, chemical and corrosion resistance. After solution and aging treatment, it has high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness and wear resistance, high creep resistance and corrosion resistance.
